A school in Watford is set to present their latest musical production, The Wizard of Oz.
Taking place at Watford Grammar School for Boys' James Theatre on Shepherds Road, rehearsals have been ongoing for several months.
The musical will bring L. Frank Baum’s book ‘The Wonderful Wizard of Oz’ alive.
The school took on the project in partnership with a cast from Watford Grammar School for Girls.
Elliott Campion, head of theatre and director of the show and an ex-student said: "I am incredibly proud to say this is our third musical in a row, with a phenomenal cast, brilliant crew and fabulous musicians, we journey to Oz this time around.
"The school has managed to cultivate a real core and culture centred on the performing arts.
"The ability of our students is exceptional and I am privileged to be in a position to nurture their talents and produce such excellent shows.
"I encourage you to come and enjoy the show for yourself."
Tickets are already on sale to the public.
Doors and the bar will open at 6.30pm with the performance starting at 7pm, from today (February 7) through to Saturdaym February 10.
