If you're stuck for where to take your loved one on Valentine's Day, don't fret because we've rounded up some of the romantic things to do in Watford this February 14.
Afternoon tea
For those of us who are still kids at heart, afternoon tea at The Making of Harry Potter experience at at Warner Bros. Studio Tour would make their Valentine's Day.
Diners can enjoy a range of "indulgent" sweets, savoury treats, and baked scones, under the "enchanted ceiling" in the Food Hall.
The package can be added on to the studio tour tickets for £79.90 for two people, or with a glass of champagne for £109.90
Winter walk
If the sun decides to shine, you might decide to wrap up and warm and take your loved one out for a stroll in the fresh air.
Watford is blessed with great options all around such as Cassiobury Park and Whippendell Woods for somewhere to get out and about on this special day.
Cassiobury Park was even voted as one of the UK’s top 10 parks at the Green Flag People’s Choice Awards last year.
Romcom at the cinema
If the weather takes a turn for the worse, the Cineworld at Charter Place, Watford, has got you covered with four romantic films to save the day.
The cinema will be showing classic 90s romcoms Notting Hill and 10 Things I Hate About You, starring Julia Stiles and Heath Ledger.
Also being released on February 14 are the 2024 rerelease of the French period musical Les Misérables, as well as Bob Marley: One Love, a new biopic on the Jamaican musical legend.
Treat them
In case you've forgotten Valentine's Day was around the corner, why not pop into the town centre to find a gift that shows you care.
Finecraft Jewellery, in Queen’s Road, is offering a Valentine's Day deal from February 1 to 14 which will see 15% discount on their entire collection of jewellery.
Jewellers Thomas Sabo, in atria Watford, is also offering 20% off selected styles in store and online.
