The listing for the freehold describes the auction offer as a “fantastic freehold opportunity to purchase an existing trading restaurant”.
“A genuine retirement sale, the restaurant has boasted being one of the highest rated restaurants in the area on Tripadvisor for multiple years,” it added.
It is also described as a “fantastic development opportunity”. However, the upper floors are not included in the sale as they have apparently already ben sold off on a long leasehold.
The bidding is set to last 27 days, although the auction will stay open until there has not been a bid within the final 10 minutes.
