Dunelm is set to create 50 new jobs when it opens a 30,000 square foot store in atria Watford.
The UK’s largest homewares retailer will be opening its first location in the town at 9am on Tuesday (December 5).
The first 100 customers through the doors will receive a goodie bag filled with Dunelm products and 40 golden tickets will be hidden throughout the store, worth between £5 and £20, for customers to hunt and redeem throughout the day.

Store coach Jon Cox said: “We’re so excited to be opening our newest Dunelm store in Watford.
“The team has been working incredibly hard to get everything set up and we can’t wait to welcome the local community of Watford and beyond into our amazing new home.”
The company shared that the opening will create 50 new jobs in the Watford area, across different positions. Its departments it will stock bedding, cook and dine, bathroom, home accessories, made to measure, haberdashery, and furniture.
It will also include new-to-Dunelm departments ‘little Dunelm’ for children’s bedrooms and a cookshop area, as well as a “textile takeback” scheme for recycling textile products from any brand.
Food storage brand Kilner, will be offering live recipe demonstrations and handing out giveaways to shoppers in-store on the day.
The 30,000 square foot location takes up part of the former John Lewis unit in the shopping centre, alongside Poundland which will be opening tomorrow (December 2).
