New photos show the inside of Watford’s upcoming Dunelm store as products are set to hit shelves this week.
The retailer, which is planning to launch its location in the town on December 5, looks on course to meet that deadline in new images.
In May, Dunelm revealed it will be moving into the upper mall level of the former John Lewis store in the shopping centre. It was then revealed, over the summer, that the home furnishings retailer was aiming to open at the end of the year.

Yesterday (November 19) the upcoming branch’s store coach Jon Cox said: “We are less than a week away from our team actually getting into the physical store and filling the shelves with all of our amazing products.
“I was in store earlier this week to see the progress. Nearly all of the fixtures and fittings were built, floors laid, and the final snagging bits started.
“The middle of the store that once used to be a void with escalators in the old John Lewis site has been filled in and now ready to be our lighting, gallery, home décor, and decorating sections.”
It has been confirmed that the 33,000-square-foot store will have “pretty much everything” in Dunelm's range, including made-to-measure services, although there won’t be a café.
On opening day there will be 100 goodie-bags given to the first shoppers, and exclusive giveaways will be posted on the Dunelm Facebook community page — with a £50 gift card and a Denby dinner set on the line.
A team picture was posted to the same page earlier this month, with Mr Cox announcing that hundreds of applicants had been narrowed down to the 49 member staff which will man the store.
Poundland has been confirmed as another business set to open next-door in the atria shopping centre’s former John Lewis unit, which has been divided up into smaller units.
Poundland is set to relocate from Watford High Street and will also open in early December, although an exact opening date has not been confirmed.
