The younger kids had been given a taste of what Watford’s nightlife had to offer and now it was the turn of the older ones to get on the dancefloor at the town’s biggest nightclub.
Last weekend, we looked back to May 19, 1990 when a Watford Observer photographer was at Paradise Lost to take snaps of a telethon charity disco for seven to 11-year-olds.

Seven days later another disco was held at the nightclub for the same good cause – but this time it was the turn of the 11 to 17-year-olds.
