A shop could be forced to move to a new location after its lease was put on the market.
Ruby’s Fashions occupies the ground floor of a building on the corner of Whippendell Road and Park Avenue, which was previously PJ’s Allsorts.
The lease for the unit was recently put on the market at £19,500 a year, with a new lease to be granted upon agreement.

The women’s clothing business itself is not shutting down however, and the Watford Observer understands that it is likely to look to move to another building in the same area of the town if it is unable to agree a deal to stay on.
The site includes an 857 square foot shop floor and a 232 square foot (about one and a half parking spaces) basement and is advertised as having “good passing trade” and security shutters.
It is located next to MD Pharmacy and opposite the West Watford Pepe’s Piri Piri location.
