Locals have been warned over upcoming late filming involving “bangs” and “gun fire”.
From July 31 to August 2, back lot location A (nearer Hunton Bridge) at Warner Bros Studios Leavesden will have “late filming and intermittent special effects (SFX)”.
Whenever potentially loud filming is set to happen at night, the studios sends letters to those living nearby to inform them ahead of time.

The latest letter said: “These dates will involve high level film lighting, controlled SFX, atmospheric smoke, flame effects, wind machines, bangs, gun fire, rain machines, and general production filming noise.
“Three Rivers District Council and all relevant authorities have been notified.”
The studio also provided contact details for residents seeking further information to call.
It did not share which film or TV show is being shot.
Barbie, Fast X, and House of the Dragon are among the many blockbusters that have had scenes filmed in the Leavesden studios in the past.
