A hotly anticipated three-floor atria Watford store is set to open later this month, the retailer has confirmed.
TK Maxx, which offers clothing, accessories, homeware, and beauty products, is set to take over the former Next unit from July 27.
The opening date has been listed under the store information on the TK Maxx website, with the page adding that it will be open from 10am on the day.
The brand, which has its headquarters in Clarendon Road, has signed a 10-year lease on the unit.
The store will span 30,557 sq ft in total (just under half a football pitch), across the three floors.

Next previously merged its atria stores to have its home, beauty, and fashion offerings under one roof in the former Debenhams unit.
When the new store was announced, a TK Maxx spokesperson said: “We chose Watford as our European home almost 30 years ago, so we know the town’s savvy shoppers love big brands and great style.
“We’ve been working round the clock to secure a fabulous new location in the heart of the town.”
