A restaurant and bar that housed a family business for 17 years is up for sale.
The leasehold for the eatery that was once home to Pin Wei in Abbots Langley has been put on the market for a guide price of £180,000.
It closed in December 2022 after the freeholder told the family the contract would come to an end.
The building comes with private owners’ accommodation of six rooms as well as bathrooms.
Davey Co, who is marketing the venue, said the restaurant can cover 88 people and a further 38 in the bar/diner area.
The building has a contemporary design with floor to ceiling windows at the front and a split-level dining area, and it has been described as suiting a “variety of concepts”.

Net sales, excluding VAT, come in at circa £500,000 and the business is available on a free of tie lease with rent of only 8% sales.
Pin Wei’s previous owner Ms Chan told the Watford Observer that the closure was “sad for all the staff because we have worked together for some time”.
Throughout the 17 years, Ms Chan’s three children, her brother, sister and their mother have all worked at the restaurant.
And the family-run business, which served Chinese, Japanese and Thai dishes, has seen many special occasions over the years.
She said: “We have seen customers’ children grow up and then they have had children.
“And a lot of people have had first dates at the restaurant, and they have got married and had children.”
But not all hope is lost as Ms Chan said she was considering opening a new restaurant one day.
It was Ms Chan’s childhood dream to open her own venue following in her father’s footsteps.
She said: “If I do, it would be for my existing customers, so it would have to be local.”
She continued: “I have got to know so many lovely people and over the years and they have become friends.
“I want to thank all the customers for their support and send them lots of love.”
