A recently opened Watford restaurant has shared a look inside as it hides promotion keys around a shopping centre.

Haute Dolci served "luxury" desserts and brunches to customers at the former Gourmet Burger Kitchen unit in atria Watford for the first time near the end of May.

For its full "grand opening" launch it will be giving away 50 free brunches from 10am on Saturday (June 17) and hiding keys that grant discounts and membership benefits for customers to find.

Watford Observer:

The High Street unit spans 3,500 square feet of the 1.4 million square atria Watford and can seat 102 customers.

Haute Dolci's menu features a variety of treats including waffles, crêpes, pancakes, ice cream, macaroons, chocolate-dipped strawberries, and cakes.

It also offers cocktails, milkshakes, coffees, and a vegan menu.

Watford Observer:

The Watford branch will be open from 10am to 10pm Monday to Thursday, 10am to 11pm Friday and Saturday, and 11am to 10pm on Sundays

Steve Gray, from Global Manual, which manages atria Watford, has said he was "delighted" to welcome the "luxury" brand to the shopping centre.

Watford Observer:

“We look forward to working closely with our new additions to build upon the positive performance we’ve already seen at the centre in 2023,” he added.

The dessert brand was created in 2017 by Nizam Mohamed who previously founded the chain Heavenly Desserts in 2008, when he was just 21.
