An atria Watford unit is being marketed for a new company to take over the lease, but the current occupier may still continue operating.
The Repertoire unit, in Queens Road, is being advertised as a £27,000 per year commercial space for a new store to potentially open in.
The men’s clothing retailer has four locations and the Watford Observer understands that it will only close if a suitable offer is agreed, otherwise the owners are happy to stay open.

The listing says: “Spacious shop available for rent in the heart of town centre.
“The property features large windows, high ceilings, and is located on a busy street with high footfall.
“The shop offers ample space for displays and storage.”
It also boasts delivery access to the rear, a kitchenette and first floor storage space.
The existing lease expires in March 2026. Repertoire has been contacted for comment.
