TK Maxx is set to open a new three-floor store in atria Watford this summer.
The retailer, which offers clothing, accessories, homeware and beauty products, today (January 26) confirmed it will move into the former Next unit opposite M&S.
It follows Next previously merging its stores in the former Debenhams unit to have its home, beauty and fashion offerings under one roof.
TK Maxx, which has its headquarters in Clarendon Road, has signed a 10-year lease on the unit.

The store will span 30,557 sq ft in total (just under half a football pitch), across the three floors.
“We know it will act as a real draw for shoppers, driving footfall and spend, and we look forward to when it opens its doors in summer 2023,” Mr Gray added.
The news will come as a boost for atria Watford, which had 13 empty units unoccupied at one point in December. At the time it insisted demand remained high and discussions with some potential tenants were "at an advanced stage".
