A popular pizzeria has confirmed it is closing temporarily for a "major refurbishment".
The family-run Oscars Pizza Company in Kings Langley High Street will be shut until 12pm on Friday, February 10.
A notice on the restaurant’s website added: “Thank you for your continued support. We can’t wait to welcome you back very soon.
“We will keep you updated and promise it will be worth the wait.”
Customers took to social media to share their excitement at the refurb and disappointment that it was closed.
One wrote: “I saw this last week as was going to book for my birthday but we will go when they reopen … can’t wait .. we love Oscars.”

While another replied: “All good things come to those who wait.”
Many commented on the quality of the food served, with one writing: "Top restaurant, great staff, fabulous food - perfection!! Look forward to the reopening."
