Bradley Walsh's "fondness for Watford" in a new documentary has warmed the hearts of local viewers.
Episode one of the Channel 5 show Bradley Walsh: The Laugh's On Me was broadcast on Sunday (December 11) and profiled the Watford-born entertainer.
The programme started by looking at his life in Abbotts Langley in the 1960s, including attending Francis Combe School (now Future Academies Watford).

Bradley and childhood friend Vinnie Jones also reminisce on growing up the next village over from each other, playing in the same Sunday football side, and hanging around making jokes with “good lads in Garston, Woodside, and Watford”.
Celebrity guests and friends from the area go on to describe his reputation as “the funny man of the area” working at the Rolls-Royce aircraft engine factory and “showing off” at the social club.
Local viewers have already commented on “loving” the programme, its “Watford memories”, and “fondness for Watford”.
Episode two will air on Channel 5 at 9pm, Sunday December 18.
