It has been a busy month for places to eat opening in and around Watford.
These five eateries have opened or will open between October 28 and November 28.
Barrio - 107-115 The Parade
“Watford's first tequila bar" took over the former Bosleys site in The Parade, opening on October 28.
It serves Latin-inspired meals during the day, before transforming into a bar in the evening.
During a sneak peak ahead of the opening manager Jim Robertson told the Watford Observer "We're very excited, we've currently got four Barrio locations and they're all in central London.
"This is our first one outside London and we're really excited for it.”
Pour Me - 15 Moneyhill Parade
Pour Me, in Moneyhill Parade, officially opened on November 4 and has been welcoming customers this month with a mixture of a taproom and Thai street food restaurant.
One visitor described the unveiling as "fantastic" in a social media post and praised the "great service and friendly staff".
Owner Scott said: “Come down to Pour Me where we are bringing London and Bangkok together in Rickmansworth.”
Humo - 9 King Street
Humo, a new restaurant offering modern Spanish tapas and elegant cocktails has recently been unveiled.
It is owned by Pirathiepan Navendan, who also runs burger and wings restaurants The Sauce, but he said this new eatery is pitched as “upper casual”.
It serves Spanish tapas food with a Japanese influence and “sophisticated” cocktails.
Sushi Daily - Waitrose Rickmansworth
A Sushi Daily counter opened earlier this month inside Rickmansworth's Waitrose in Homestead Road.
It promises an abundance of high-quality, fresh sushi and an authentic Japanese food experience.
The franchise is run by local entrepreneurs Kai Li, and Juan Dong.
Tim Hortons - Pizza Hut site by The Dome roundabout
Fast-food chain Tim Hortons is gearing up for its official unveiling with its famous signage now emblazoned outside.
The Canadian fast-food chain, which specialises in sweet and savoury treats, will open at the former Pizza Hut site by The Dome roundabout on November 28.
Like a lot of fast-food restaurants, those eating inside can order on screens near the till and collect at the counter.
Orders can also be placed at the drive-through, which has two lanes.
