Local entrepreneurs say they have put their "heart and passion" into a new sushi kiosk inside a supermarket.
A Sushi Daily counter opened earlier this month inside Rickmansworth's Waitrose in Homestead Road.
It promises an abundance of high-quality, fresh sushi and an authentic Japanese food experience.

Kai Li, who runs the franchise with Juan Dong, said: “We are delighted to offer local Rickmansworth customers a sushi experience using fresh, responsible, certificated ingredients, and also with our heart and passion.”
Sushi Daily managing director Ian Roberts said: “Forget everything you think you know about supermarket sushi.
“The Sushi Daily kiosk will be offering a range of high-quality sushi and hot food options, suitable for sushi lovers and new customers alike.”
