Crowds flocked to see the “spectacular” display at Hertfordshire’s largest free fireworks show.
Yesterday (November 5), crowds gathered in the Watford park from 6pm to 8.30pm to see the Bonfire Night celebrations organised by Watford Borough Council.
See a selection of fantastic photos from the night posted in the Watford Observer Camera Club and on social media below.
Cassiobury Park may have been wet and muddy but that didn’t stop the night from being an amazing occasion.
As well as the fireworks, there was also plenty of entertainment for visitors including a DJ set by Watford-based Vibe Radio, competitions, live performances, food and drink, funfair rides, bungee trampolines and a bouncy slide.

After the event, Watford mayor Peter Taylor tweeted: “Loved watching the fireworks in Cassiobury Park this evening.
"Thank you so much to everyone who made this possible, including staff from Watford Council, Veolia and Watford Police and first aid volunteers, members of the Lions and Rotary Watford who collected donations for local charities.
“A special thanks to Lee Partridge and Chris Milligan from VIBE 107.6 FM for hosting the event so well.”
