The listing boasts an estimated annual ‘wet’ turnover of £632,557 for drinks, and £109,200 for food, with expected earnings of £41,525 for the operator.
It says: “Take the reins of a characterful community pub on Rickmansworth High Street.
“The Western is currently the number one venue in Rickmansworth for guests to catch their favourite live sport and a place to be social.
"The Western is where guests kick back and relax, treat the family to a tasty meal or catch up with friends over a pint.
“It’s at the heart of the local area and has everything a community pub should have: a warm welcome, enthusiastic staff, and a vibrant atmosphere.
“You’ll serve delicious food in a bustling pub that people instantly want to return to.”
Managers will be able to live in the pub's private accommodation, which consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, with all bills paid for.
The watering hole currently has three and a half stars on Tripadvisor with eight reviews and is ranked 40 of 50 restaurants in Rickmansworth.
As part of the management contract, operators set up management companies to run the pub with their own structure and plan while receiving day to day support and funding from an “agreed percentage of sales” to pay themselves and staff.
Punch Pubs & Co website says: “You don’t have to have previously run a pub to become a Punch publican.
“Do you have a passion for making people feel welcome? Would you like to be your own boss and lead your own company & team?
“Management partnerships with Punch are a great way to experience running your own pub business, while we provide you with all the tools to succeed.”
