Harry Potter fans are in for a treat after Warner Bros. Studios got permission to install 15ft wands outside its tour.
Nine huge wands will line the avenue between the main car park and the building’s entrance in Leavesden after Three Rivers District Council gave the green light.
From November 7, the hand painted props will adorn the stretch with the tips lit to a maximum brightness of 120 lumens from 8am to 10.30pm.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour’s general manager Geoff Spooner said: “The wands are an impressive addition to the studio tour, which will create an exciting photo opportunity for visitors as they walk through this unique installation.”
It will be the last place for wands after they went on a nationwide tour, wowing visitors at places in Hull, Birmingham and London.
The tour was in support of JK Rowling’s charity Lumos, which is trying to shine a light on some of the world’s most disadvantaged children.
