A new sushi bar and a larger range of John Lewis homeware products are coming to a Waitrose undergoing major renovation.
The “refresh” at the Rickmansworth branch in Homestead Road is set to be completed by November this year.
It will involve a new freshly-made ‘Sushi Daily’ counter, as seen in nearly 100 other Waitrose stores across the UK, which will be manned by a team of in-house specialists.
Shoppers will also see a bigger range of John Lewis homeware and gifts inside the supermarket.

Other new additions will include an improved selection of wine, new dry aged beef and a bigger general variety of products.
The supermarket will remain open during the refurbishment, however the Waitrose click and collect service will be temporarily paused.
