New images have been released showing how a Watford football pub will be transformed in a refurbishment.
But it has been confirmed that The Oddfellows will not have its name changed to The Hornets as part of the revamp.
The pub, popular with away fans, is the site of an “extensive” planned refurbishment to become a “friendly and modern pub”, which was originally to include renaming the pub to The Hornets.
The Fearnley Street watering hole is being advertised to prospective new landlords with estimated minimum ingoing costs of £40,510.

The latest plans include two potential new logos, with the pub keeping its name as Oddfellows despite many other changes.
A listing on Heineken subsidiary Star Pubs and Bars website says: “We will install outdoor seating in the beer garden with a retractable roof, outdoor soft play area, kitchen facilities and an open bar floor ideal for all varieties of trade.
"This is a pub with great potential, all we’re missing is the right person to drive it forward.
“So, could that be you?”
Stars Pubs and Bars confirmed the refurbishment is subject to finding a new licensee and the decision not to change the name was taken a few weeks ago, as the project is still in the "planning stage".
