A Watford singer and songwriter will take the stage in ITV’s The Voice.
Clare Cordell, 32, will belt her heart out in front of judges Anne-Marie, Will.i.am, Olly Murs and Sir Tom Jones.
The former Bushey Meads student announced on Tik Tok: “Guys, I’ve been keeping a secret, I’ve been keeping a secret and I can finally tell you. I’m on The Voice UK!”

Clare released her debut EP No Stupid Ideas in 2017 and last year released a single She Won’t.

Speaking to the Watford Observer in 2017, she said that her musical influences were “great female songwriters” like Carole King and Bonnie Raitt.
Back then, she revealed her ambition to write, record and tour as a full time job as well as owning her own record label.
The Voice returned to our screens for its 11th season on September 3 and Clare will appear in the third episode that is airing on ITV this Saturday, September 17 at 8pm.
