A supermarket’s click and collect service is set to be unavailable until November.
Customers have noticed there are no click and collect slots at the Waitrose store in Rickmansworth.
A tweet to the supermarket chain on Sunday said: “There’s no available click and collect slots at the Rickmansworth store for the next month. Has the store stopped the click and collect service?”

Waitrose replied, explaining click and collect has not been scrapped, but that it is temporarily unavailable.
The company tweeted: “I'm so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, however, our Rickmansworth store is having a refit at the moment and this has meant we've had to temporarily pause store collections.
“We hope to have this back up and running in November.”
