We all hope that we will live and long and happy life, but how long that life may be we'll never be sure.
But now there's a way to find out what the average life expectancy age is in your local area.
A new map created by The Health Foundation shows the number of years that a person can expect to live in good health across the country.
Using Office for National Statistics Geography Open Data, the map lets you see the average expectancy age for males and females separately.
London is one of the regions that has the highest life expectancy at birth than anywhere else in the UK.
The local authority with the highest female healthy life expectancy at birth is the Orkney Islands (75 years) whilst for males it Rutland (71.5 years).
Whislt the lowest life expectancy in a local authority for women is in Blackpool at 55.3 years.
With a similar result for men, seeing the lowest life expectancy in a local authority also Blackpool at 53.7 years for men.
The map even shows the average age for Hertfordshire including Watford.
The average life expectancy age for Watford
Watford doesn't have its own dedicated patch on the map, instead, it's counted as part of Hertfordshire.
But it does still show the average life expectancy for people that live in the region breaking the information down for males and females separately.
Males that live in Herts are set to have an average expectancy age of 67 years, just after the national age for retirement.
Whereas females in the region have a slightly lower average, at 64.3 years, meaning that they have three years of life expectancy than the opposite sex.
