Watford's growing choice of eateries is about to get even bigger with two more dessert parlours and a restaurant lined up.
More tasty treats are set to be served up in the town centre with the addition of Treatz and Haute Dolci.
Meanwhile, burger and wings restaurant The Sauce is on course to open its first branch outside London.
Treatz’ move to Watford has been delayed after its initial branding was rejected by Watford Borough Council.
But this hurdle has now been cleared and the dessert parlour is due to open inside the former iFixshop in High Street, opposite Pizza Express.

And those with a sweet tooth have even more to look forward to.
According to a newsletter from Watford Business Improvement District (BID), Haute Dolci, which bills itself as a “luxury” dessert restaurant, and was founded by the same man who created Heavenly Desserts, is also coming.
Watford BID says Haute Dolci will move into the space formerly occupied by Gourmet Burger Kitchen at the atria entrance in High Street.

Meanwhile The Sauce, a restaurant selling burgers, grilled items, and wings, as well as range of sauces, will move into a unit in King Street.
No opening dates have been confirmed for Treatz, Haute Dolci, or The Sauce but Watford BID says they are all “coming soon”.
