An offer has been accepted for the former Bosleys pub building in Watford town centre.
Fleurets, which is letting the property at 107-115 The Parade, has confirmed that the building has been let 'subject to contract'.
This means that an offer has been accepted and paperwork is being processed.

The letting is due to be completed once all the paperwork is finalised.
Fleurets has said that the prospective buyer could not be revealed, as it is a confidential letting.
According to letting website Realla, the rent is £120,000 per year for the 2,752sq ft three storey pub, with terms available for up to 15 years.
The popular Bosleys pub permanently closed its doors in February having opened on August 4, 2016, taking over the former Yates site.
After the closure a spokesperson for the Stonegate Group, which ran Bosleys, said: “Our lease has come to an end and the building has been returned to our landlord.”
