Lidl has confirmed when its eagerly anticipated new store in South Oxhey is scheduled to open.
The budget supermarket says its new site on the corner of Prestwick Road and Oxhey Drive is due to welcome customers in November.
The 18,800 sq ft store will have a 79-space car park and is part of a £218 million scheme that will see also see 345 new homes built.

A Lidl spokesperson said: “We are delighted to confirm that construction of our new Lidl store in South Oxhey is well underway with the store due to open this November.
“Once opened, the new store will deliver Lidl’s high quality and affordable produce to the local area.”
The announcement comes amid positive comments online responding to a Lidl sign appearing outside the site.
One person said: “Sooner it opens the better for the local people.”
Another added: "Can't wait for decent competition at last for Nisa and Tesco Express."
The new homes will be built in the square of Prestwick Road, Bridlington Road, Oxhey Drive and a new road named Tom Lake Way.
