The splash park at King George Recreation Ground in Bushey has been forced to shut this afternoon (August 23).
Hertsmere Borough Council tweeted at 1.20pm that the closure has been caused by a "technical fault".
A spokesperson was unable to say if it was likely to reopen this week as it is waiting on a pump that needs to be replaced.
So sorry to disappoint our young park visitors but we've had to close the splash park at King George Recreation Ground in Bushey because of a technical fault. We are working with our contractors to get this sorted as soon as we can. We'll let you know when it's open again. pic.twitter.com/1FanXrzjMT
