A Korean-inspired eatery has now opened in Atria Watford, creating 20 new jobs in the town.
Grounded Kitchen, which is inspired by the flavours of Seoul, says it has a mantra of ‘feel good food’ as it offers healthy and balanced meals.
The restaurant has started to welcome customers today (August 11) and offers customisable nourish bowls that can be created to customers’ taste buds and dietary needs.
They consist of fresh vegetables, such as spinach, carrots, beetroot, peppers, avocado, edamame, sweet potato, spring onions, Korean kimchi and fresh chilies, on a bed of brown or white rice infused with a range of authentic marinades.

Various vegetarian, meat and fish options can be added into the bowl too.
The approximately 4,000 square-foot restaurant will seat 66 diners.
Franchisee director Ralph Llanwarne said Grounded Kitchen “prides itself” on the health balance offered.
For the first month, the restaurant is offering 20% off first online orders at groundedkitchen.com with the code RLS20.
