A farm café was slapped with a 1/5 food hygiene rating during the latest round of inspections in Three Rivers.
Nathan’s Farm in Chalfont Road was told “major improvement” was necessary when the council environmental health team visited on June 9.
The main area of concern was management of food safety.
But inspectors found no fault with the hygienic food handling and the cleanliness and condition of the facilities – which were both rated ‘very good’.

On June 16, the café was declared ‘good’ with a 4/5 rating.

High Street, Rickmansworth
This Indian restaurant was visited on June 22 and was found to be ‘very good’ with a 5/5 rating.

The Grove
Offering a South Asian cuisine at The Grove, inspectors found the food hygiene to be ‘generally satisfactory’ with a 3/5 rating after its inspection on June 22.

On June 23, this takeaway was given a 3/5 rating and was found to be ‘generally satisfactory’.

Munch Broz
Primrose Hill, Kings Langley
Munch Broz was said to be ‘good’ with a 4/5 rating on June 28.
The hygienic food handling and cleanliness of facilities were rated ‘good’, but the management of food safety was ‘generally satisfactory’.
Midcounties Co-operative Childcare
Altham Gardens, South Oxhey
On June 28, inspectors said this place was ‘very good’ with a 5/5 rating.
The hygienic food handling and management of food safety were ‘very good’ and the cleanliness and condition of facilities was ranked ‘good’.
Boston Peri Peri Chicken
Little Oxhey Lane
This chicken shop was inspected on June 28 and was ranked ‘very good’ with a 5/5 rating.
All areas inspected – the hygienic food handling, cleanliness of facilities and management of food safety – were rated ‘good’.
The Fig & Sprig
Inspectors visited the spot on July 1 and said it was ‘good’ with a 4/5 rating.
While the cleanliness and condition of facilities was rated ‘very good’, the hygienic food handling was ‘good’ and the management of food safety was ‘generally satisfactory’.
The Hatch
All Saints Church Hall, Gosforth Lane
On July 4, inspectors said this place was ‘very good’ with a 5/5 rating.

HCL @ Colnbrook Special School
The catering service at the school was rated ‘very good’ with a 5/5 rating after a visit on July 4.
Both the hygienic food handling and management of food safety were found to be ‘good’, while the cleanliness and condition of facilities was ranked ‘good’.

This pub was inspected on July 11 and was ranked ‘very good’ with a 5/5 rating.

Elior UK PLC - Croxley Park
Working as a catering service at the Hive café in Croxley Business Park, the spot was ranked ‘very good’ with a 5/5 rating on July 11.
Both the cleanliness and condition of facilities as well as the management of food safety were ‘very good’ – with the hygienic food handling ranked as ‘good’.
Eastee
Listed as a private retailer, an inspection on July 11 found this place to be ‘very good’ with a 5/5 rating.
