We have again dipped into the Watford Observer’s online archive and today start a look back at some more pictures captured by our photographers in 1994.
It was a year when one of the town’s most distinctive buildings started to take shape, while a famous author and a boy band were among the visitors to the town.
Children were enjoying splashing around to cool off in Cassiobury Park, taking part in a rugby sevens event or having a pizza-making lesson.
