A Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist will perform at a new festival inspired by a disabled boy from Bushey.
Sean Ponder, who has a chromosome condition similar to cerebral palsy, loves seeing live music but needs specialist facilities that often make it impossible.
But charity Action for Children - which provides respite care for the 16-year-old - has set up a new event in Rickmansworth that caters for everyone.

Sean’s mum Clare said: “We are thrilled that Sean is the inspiration for FestivAll and we’re really looking forward to attending.
“It is so important that teenagers like Sean still get to experience things that other teenagers do and he’s not looked at like he is any different.
“At an event like this everyone looks the same, everyone is there for the music, and we can’t wait.”
Headlining will be Born to Perform, a group of performance artists who have special education needs and disabilities.
They made it to the semi-finals of this year’s Britain’s Got Talent and received a golden buzzer from David Walliams during the first round.
FestiavAll will be taking place from 12pm to 9pm on Sunday, July 17, at Action for Children, Old Uxbridge Road, Rickmansworth, WD3 9XL.
It will have accessible toilets, as well as hoisting facilities, wheelchair access and a sensory area for those who may need a relaxing space.
The day will also have live music, DJs, dances, face painting and food and drinks at an extra cost.
Younger children will also be able to join the activity zone for colouring and board games.
Tickets range from £1.67 to £11.37 and parking is £4.90.
Nicola Gubbins, manager of West Hyde which provides short breaks on behalf of Action for Children, said it was the first time the charity had every put on such a festival.
She added: “We want to make it a truly great day out for anyone and everyone and hopefully we can come back and do this every year.”
