A pub has reopened after a £500,000 transformation that will bring a new food menu and HD screens to watch "big-game" moments.
The White Horse in London Colney, St Albans, has undergone a refurbishment and now has boasts a new outside terrace and a larger selection of cocktails.

DJs will also play at the pub, with plans for a greater focus on music and entertainment.
Having reopened on Friday, June 24, the pub also plans to show more live sporting events on new HD screens.
Its new manager Peter Bell, a former Batchwood Hall Nightclub general manager and St Albans Pubwatch chairman, said he fell in love with the plans for the refurbishment.
Mr Bell, who has lived in St Albans with his family for more than 20 years, said: "Just as important, as I'm such a big football fan, is the significant revamp of the sports offering with new HD screens showcasing those big-game moments."
He added: “I am looking forward to getting to know the locals.
“I'm sure they will love the new White Horse look and feel, but don't take it from me - see for yourself!"
