A family were treated to “Top Gun without going to the cinema” as four fighter planes performed stunts over their home.
Billy Williams and partner Stacey were at home with their two young children at around 7.30pm yesterday when the planes flew overhead.
The family saw four planes, which they think were Spitfires, perform stunts in the air.

Billy, 30, said: “I feel like I got to see the new Top Gun without going to the cinema.
“They did loops, turned the smoke on and made love hearts in the air.
“It was fantastic, it was like an air show, we stood and watched it for about half an hour.”
According to the Ministry of Defence, the planes may have belonged to the civilian air team The Blades, who performed to open The LIV Golf Invitational Series at Centurion Club in Hemel Hempstead yesterday, June 9.
