As Covid regulations get stricter due to the new Omicron variant, see what time your local supermarket is quiet.
With the Government re-installing the mask mandate when shopping and traveling, you may want to shop when the stores are less busy.
Especially as stores will be getting busier as people stock up on food and presents ahead of Christmas in just a few weeks.
To make sure you know when your local major supermarket is typically quiet we've put a quick list together for you.
Asda:
With the Asda store being open 24 hours, your best chance of a quiet shop is overnight from 7pm to 9am.
Morrisons:
This branch is busy during the day so best to aim for the morning from 7am to 8am or in the evening between 7pm and 10pm.
Sainsbury's:
To avoid crowds and queues go to the store between 7am-8am or 8pm to 10pm.
Aldi:
This budget-friendly shop is quiet more than other shops, with the best times from 8am to 10am, 3pm to 4pm or 8pm to 9pm.
Lidl:
Do your weekly shop from 7am to 11am or 6pm to 10pm if you want to do your shop in peace and quiet.
