An Indian restaurant in Radlett has been named as the best in the region at a prestigious awards ceremony.
Aroma, located at 6 Battlers Green Drive, was recognised as “Takeaway of the Year” at the Bangladesh Caterers Association Awards on Sunday, November 7.
The awards night- now in its 15th year was co-hosted by BBC news presenter, Samantha Simmonds and Sky Sports presenter, Gary Newbon.
Aroma was said to “represent the excellence that is happening in Bangladeshi curry houses in the UK”.
The awards continued to highlight the restaurant’s “passion and innovative fusion of flavours”.
Humayun Rashid, owner of Aroma said: “We are super proud to win the Takeaway of the Year Award.
“We hope that people will order and experience our food after such a tough time, we need people to support the British Bangladeshi Curry Industry.”
