Heurelho Gomes will be travelling back with his Watford teammates this evening after receiving the all-clear following his injury in the 3-2 victory at Aston Villa.
The Watford goalkeeper was taken from the field on a stretcher and wearing an oxygen mask after colliding with Craig Cathcart's knee during the second half of the Premier League match at Villa Park.
Following the match, Hornets head coach Quique Sanchez Flores said the Brazilian stopper had "felt something" in his neck following the collision and the club were awaiting the results of a scan.
However, a Watford official subsequently confirmed that Gomes had been given the all-clear and would be making the return journey with his teammates.
