Young Watford forward Britt Assombalonga had a debut to remember at Braintree Town as he scored and was then sent off - wrongly according to his manager.
Assombalonga joined the Conference side on a one-month youth loan last week and thought he had scored the winner when he made it 3-2 in the 88th minute against Lincoln City.
But the home side equalised in injury time and Assombalonga again thought he was to be the hero when he was brought down in the box as he rounded the Lincoln goalkeeper, only to be sent off for diving.
Former Watford midfielder Alan Devonshire, who is manager of Braintree, said: "Their keeper admits he caught Assombalonga with his knee. For me it was a clear penalty and yet the youngster gets sent off. The fourth official standing next to us said it was a penalty. That decision's completely baffled me."
