Brighton and Hove Albion have completed the signing of Watford forward Will Buckley for a club record of £1m.
The Hornets have also agreed a 15 per cent sell-on clause on any fee over the £1m fee.
Watford signed Buckley from League Two Rochdale for an initial fee of £200,000, which rose to £239,000 due to appearances.
Rochdale are also set to pocket £152,200 from the deal due to the 20 per cent sell-on clause they agreed with the Hornets.
