Paul Hughes and Ritchie Hanlon have resigned as joint managers of Kings Langley, the club has confirmed.
Their departures come a week after Hanlon told the Watford Observer he would have considered his position last summer had he been aware of the “impossible” budget cuts which would soon follow.
The club thanked both Hanlon and Hughes for their efforts in getting Kings promoted three times in as many years and wished them the best for the future.
The duo have now taken over at Hayes and Yeading United and chairman Tony O'Driscoll was pleased to welcome them to the Southern Premier Division club.
He said: "We are delighted to have been able to secure the services of Paul and Ritchie, and look forward to them taking the club forwards as we prepare to return again to our home ground at Beaconsfield Road in the very near future.
"They have an excellent record whilst at Kings Langley, and we hope that they can continue this at Hayes & Yeading United"
Former manager Paul Hobbs will take over on an interim basis while the club conducts a search to find a successor.
