Hornets boss Quique Sanchez Flores should be able to count on the services of Almen Abdi and Steven Berghuis for Saturday’s clash against West Bromwich Albion.
The duo were absent from last weekend’s draw against Everton with knee and leg injuries respectively but Flores confirmed this morning that both have returned to training and are in contention to feature against Tony Pulis’ side.
He said: “We had a couple of players who had little injuries but they have improved during the week. In the next two days we will make decisions on them and decide the squad list.
“At the start of the week they were training but they weren’t at the same level as the rest of the group. But I think they will be ready for Saturday.”
The only absentees for Watford are likely to be Miguel Britos and Giedrius Arlauskis. Both are suspended.
