Diego Fabbrini is expected to be among the Watford first team players lining up against Wealdstone tonight.
Fabbrini returned to the Hornets this summer after spending the second half of last season on loan at Siena, where he scored one goal in ten outings.
Jonathan Bond, Reece Brown, Connor Smith and Luke O'Nien are also likely to feature, along with first-year professionals like Jorell Johnson and Josh Doherty.
The Stones were promoted to the Conference South last summer after being crowned champions of the Ryman Premier.
Wealdstone's squad includes former Hornets Jonathan North, Kurtney Brooks, Elliott Godfrey and Adam Martin.
Kick-off tonight is 7.45pm and tickets are £8 for adults, £4 for concessions and £2 for under-16s.
