TWO shops in the same road in Croxley Green were robbed within hours of each other on Friday, November 14.
The first incident happened at 4.40am when the manager of Forbuoys was held up at gunpoint.
He had been sorting out bundles of morning newspapers when he saw a man wearing a black motorcycle helmet standing beside him.
Waving a gun, the robber demanded money and was given cash from the safe.
The offender was described as a broad, black man, over 6ft tall, and in his late 20's to early 30's.
A second man is thought to have been acting as a lookout.
He was wearing dark blue jeans, a black jacket and a motorcycle helmet, with black with silver or grey arrows on it.
At 6pm the same day, two men stole cash and cigarettes from a back room at the Spar mini-market, in Baldwins Lane.
Anyone with information is asked to telephone Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
