An Olympic torchbearer visited Three Rivers Museum on the closing weekend to give Rickmansworth residents a final taste of the games.
Alice Breheny completed her leg of the torch relay in Hatfield on July 8, and has raised tens of thousands of pounds for Cancer Research UK.
The 38-year-old visited the museum, in the High Street, on Saturday from 11am to 12.30pm.
Councillor Les Mead attended the event and said: "The museum had a donations box for Alice's charity Cancer Research UK which collected £130.
"About 100 people attended and Alice had photographs with the torch next to the museum's Olympic theme exhibition, which runs until September 30."
Ms Breheny posthumously nominated her sister, who died from brain cancer last year, with the aim of carrying the torch in her honour.
Since her death Ms Breheny said she focused on raising money for research into brain cancer and this year alone has collected £35,000.
