Burglars foced entry to a Watford home and ransacked it in broad daylight.
The raid was in Hatfield Road, between 1pm and 3.30pm on Wednesday, March 22.
The main entrance door was damaged before entry was forced to one of the flats inside and items were stolen.

Detective Constable Julie Vint, from the Watford Local Crime Unit, said: “Our enquiries are continuing at this time, including house to house visits and a review of CCTV.”
She added: “Did you witness any suspicious activity in the area around the times stated?
“Did you capture anything of note on a dash cam? If you have any information at all, please get in touch.”

Thieves target vehicles
In separate incidents the police released information that in just eight days 16 roads were targeted by thieves as vehicles were broken into and several catalytic converters stolen.
Hertfordshire Constabulary confirmed that some of the vehicles were left unlocked making it easier for the culprits to strike.
The police said they were keeping an open mind if the incidents were related.
