Another three patients at a hospital trust who tested positive for Covid-19 have died.
West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust has now reported nine coronavirus deaths in October – which is more than any other trust in the east of England.
The most recent deaths at the trust occurred on October 12 and 10, including two who died on the 10th.
Deaths have also been reported on October 1, 6, 7, 8.
It takes the total number of coronavirus deaths at the trust to 385 – which again is the highest in the eastern region.
Across England, a total of 552 deaths have been reported since October 1 where a patient tested positive for Covid-19.
Of 426 deaths which have been announced in England since October 6, 24 of those deaths were of people who had no known underlying health condition.
The 24 patients were aged between 65 and 93.
The total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England where patients tested positive for Covid-19 is 30,662.
