A large tub of white paint was spilled in a Watford street this morning.
The paint pooled in the middle of Cassiobridge Road at about 9am this morning, and was dragged by passing vehicles to the end of the road where it joins Whippendell Road.
By 9.15am the puddle of paint had been covered with grit and the tub of paint had been removed, but tyres of parked cars on the road were left covered.
