Children keen on finding more about bread making knead look no further than the Real Bread Making workshop in Rickmansworth later this month.
It is intended to promote ‘real bread’ without unnecessary ingredients and to encourage youngsters to bake their own bread or buy it from independent bakeries.
The workshop on Thursday, May 16, will give children age seven and over a hands-on lesson in bread making as well as information about why it is important to your diet.
It will take place in Cinnamon Square on Church Street. There is a £10 attendance fee which will be donated to the Real Bread campaign organisation which is part of the charity Sustain: the alliance for better food and farming.
