An Atria Watford store “means a lot” to a brand set to open at the centre tomorrow.
In a surprise announcement yesterday, Lai Jewels shared that it will be opening its first store in the town at 11am tomorrow (June 30).
The jewellery business began as a small kiosk unit on the lower mall level of atria Watford in December 2021 but is taking its first leap into operating a full store this week.

Owner Sara Mazzini said: “‘We were a kiosk in Atria during 2021 and 2022 and so to be able to open our very first store from our humble beginnings is quite surreal.
“The team at Atria have been amazing and it is with their support and our fantastic customers in Watford, that we have been able to launch this dream of ours today.
“We grew up local to Watford and I always remember shopping as a child with my parents in Atria back when it was called The Harlequin so this location truly means a lot to our brand and we look forward to welcoming everyone to our pink store.”
Lai Jewels, which sells necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, ear cuffs, and anklets, says it prides itself on offering “the best selection of products at unbeatable prices”.
